ASUU: “We shall meet in the future” – Lecturer tells his project students as he resigns and relocates abroad


The WhatsApp message a Nigerian lecturer left in the group chat of his project students notifying them of his resignation has stirred reactions online, aso Naija reports.

The lecturer, identified as Dr. Oyedele, informed his students that he won’t be able to review their project when ASUU calls off strike because he has resigned from the university.

He further disclosed that he has relocated out of the country in search of greener of greener pastures, and bade them farewell.

This comes after the prolonged  ASUU strike that began in February 2022 and doesn’t seem to have an end in sight.

 

While countless meetings have been held between the union and representatives of the Federal Government, they are yet to reach a mutual agreement.
