Man allegedly stabs another man to de@th in Bauchi for refusing to buy him beer

A 29-year-old man identified as Monday Ajasco, has been arrested by men of the Bauchi State Police Command for allegedly stabbing a man to death for refusing to buy him a cold bottle of beer, aso Naija reports.

According to a statement released by the command’s spokesperson, SP Ahmed Mohammad Wakil, the incident took place at a beer parlor in Bagel village in Dass Local Government Area of the state.

The suspect reportedly stabbed the deceased, one Abdulrazak Ibrahim, in the neck with a sharp animal horn, leading to his death.

The statement reads,

“The command arrested one Monday Ajasco ‘m’ aged 29yrs of Kafin Tafawa Bauchi on the 17th of November, 2022, following information available at the Command’s disposal about his active involvement in a homicide case.

“A discreet investigation conducted by the detectives attached to the command revealed that on the 16th November 2022 at about 2300hrs, the suspect (Monday) went to a beer parlor at Bagel village of Dass LGA where he met Abdulrazak Ibrahim ‘m’ aged 30yrs who is now deceased, and others drinking beer.

“He (the suspect) asked the said Abdulrazak (deceased) to buy him a beer to drink. In response, the deceased refused to do so.

“This development sparked a little altercation between them which displeases the suspect. After a while, they decided to leave the beer parlor and go to their homes while the victim left before them.
