Burna Boy: “I’m not a Nigerian artiste
Singer Burna Boy has declared on Twitter that he is not a Nigerian artist, aso Naija reports
The debatable minstrel is getting dragged by Nigerians on Twitter after he indicated that he doesn’t make money from Nigeria.
It all began after a Davido fan account with the username,@ABetterTime, said in a Twitter discussion that Burna owes it to other artists for all his accomplishments.

“He was just an average star back in Nigeria and Africa at large, more like an artist with prospects, unlike his peers who had to do it on their own from day one.” Davido’s fan said.
Burna then tweeted, telling his fan to ignore the “delusional fanbases” after they tried to defend him.
“Bro. Don’t get worked up. It’s Nigerian Twitter with 2 delusional fanbases, trust me You are not talking to actual people if their handles look like that.” Burna Boy tweeted.
Another Twitter user then responded to the discussion, as he says Burna Boy will soon leave Twitter for Nigerians.
Burna then responded; “Me wey no even be Nigerian artist.”
