Davido excited as ‘Timeless’ hits 12 million streams in first 24 hours

Multi award-winning Nigerian singer, David Adeleke aka Davido has hit a record-breaking heights with his just released album, Timeless, aso Naija reports .

He dropped the album on March 31st and in the first 24 hours it amassed 12 million streams on global streaming platform, Audiomack.

Timeless is apparently the first album to have attained those numbers with the first day of its release ever on the platform.

Audiomack Africa made this known in a post on its official Twitter page and in reaction, Davido expressed amazement.

Audiomack wrote; “RECORD-BREAKING: @davido’s #Timeless had over 12 MILLION streams in its first 24 hours, more than any other album on Audiomack, ever! 🏆 🎉”

The DMW founder quoted the post and wrote; Woah!!!
