Davido to perform at the 2022 World Cup closing ceremony in Qatar
It was learnt that the “electricity” crooner has concluded all plans to grace the FIFA stage on December 18th 2022, his team confirms.
He was supposed to perform at the opening ceremony few weeks ago but couldn’t honor the invitation because of the tragic demise of his son, Ifeanyi.
He will now be performing alongside other globally recognized musician at the closing ceremony next week.
Meanwhile ,artistes who released a theme song or anthem for the World Cup performs at the ceremony.
It is known that Davido collaborated with Trinidad Cardona and Aisha on ‘Better Together’.
This will be his first stage performance since he went off social media following the death of his first son.
