Denola Grey ” I fought depression on my own”

Denola Grey, a media fashion entrepreneur has recounts how he fought depression on his own, aso Naija reports.

During a talk exhibit with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, Grey stated that despite the situation, he was able to find a way to get over despair.

He said,

“I was anxious and depressed multiple times and got over it. I never wanted anyone to pity me. I am a ‘solve your problem’ kind of man. If anything goes wrong in my life, I believe it’s up to me to fix it.

Would I ask for emotional support from my family and friends? Yes. But, even that is a recent development. I used to face everything myself. In 2018, I had a bit of an awakening and decided it was time to be a bit more mindful. I started taking responsibility for my blind spots and where I craved more work.”
