More Hardship For Nigerians As FG Increases Prices Of Electricity Meters

The federal government has increased the cost of single-phase and three-phase electricity meters with effect from 15 November 2021.

According to a circular dated 11 November 2021 and issued by the Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission, the single-phase meter price has been increased from the current price of 44,896.17 N44,896.17 to a revised price of 58,661.69 N.

The circular added that the price of three-phase meter increased from the current price of 82,855 .19 N to a revised level of 109.684.36 N.
