“I’ve spent at least N50 million on my girlfriend in two years” – Singer Joeboy (Video)

Nigerian singer Joseph Akinfenwa Donus, popularly known as Joeboy, has revealed that he has spent roughly 50 million Naira on his girlfriend in the last two years, aso Naija Reports.

The 26-year-old singer made this disclosure in a recent interview with The Beat 99.9 FM in Lagos.

The “Alcohol” singer, who recently opened up about being in a committed relationship, expressed his penchant for lavishing gifts on his partner.

He noted that although he is uncertain about the exact figure, he is confident that he has spent at least 50 million Naira on his girlfriend in the past two years.

“That was a rough estimate. I said at least N50m. I don’t know for sure. It’s not like I’m counting [it could be more]. She [my girlfriend] has to enjoy. I’m enjoying too.” He said.

The visualizer music video for “Baby” surpassed 31 million views on YouTube. Joeboy released the Killertunes-produced track “Beginning” on 15 August 2019, where its accompanying visualizer music video accumulated 23 million views on YouTube.

In the video, he finds himself developing feelings for a friend whose advances he had initially dismissed.
