Nigerian Lady Speaks On How House Owner Refused To Lease Her A Room Because of Her Sexuality

Nigerian queer lady which the Twitter handle @AmaraTheLesbian has narrated the story on how she a landlady refused to lease her an apartment because she’s a lesbian, aso Naija reports.

The Lady took to her Twitter page to recount how she was denied an apartment because of her sexuality.

She narrated and said:

“So, I found a house and the landlady asked for my social media handle, then and there, I knew I had lost the house.

Two days later, I’ve gotten feedback from the agent

“I’m trying to get something else for you”
Landlady said you’re a lesbian and it’s a sin”
Oh well.
Hiaaaan but are you stupid? Why will a queer person in this useless country come and lie for your homophobic attention?”

The Lady, therefore, sent a message to the landlady hoping her to make heaven with her homophobia.
