Cubana Chief Priest Granted ₦10 Million Bail by Federal High Court

“Money Na Water” – Socialite says as court grants him N10m bail

Cubana Chief Priest, whose real name is Pascal Okechukwu, has been granted bail in the amount of ₦10 million by Justice Kehind Ogundare of the Federal High Court in Lagos, Aso Naija Reports.

He entered a plea of not guilty in response to the three-count charge filed against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The charges brought by the anti-graft commission against Cubana Chief Priest are related to his alleged misuse of the Nigerian currency during a social event.

This behavior is deemed to be in violation of the provisions outlined in the Central Bank Act of 2007.

However, the granted Bail has caused talks on the Internet space because a popular crossdresser widely know as Bobrisky is currently in jail for the same offense.

Idris Okuneye was sentenced to six months in jail with no option of fine.
