“See life” – Reactions as old tweet of Wizkid begging M.I for attention resurfaces
After popular musician stated that rap genre is dead in Nigeria, ntizens dig up old tweet of the him begging the famous rapper, M.I, for attention.
This comes following the saga about rap being a dead music in the entertainment industry stirred by Wizkid.
A screenshot from 2010, however, revealed how Wizzy pleaded to be recognized by the hottest rapper during the time, M.I Abaga.
The Grammy award-winner declared in the tweet that he was the biggest fan of the rapper.
“@MI_Abaga hello sir..my name is wizkid..nd am an upcoming artiste….I’ve met u b4 bt not sure u remb me..am a bigg fan sir!..,” the tweet read.

Jude Lemfani Abaga, better known as M.I Abaga, is a Nigerian rapper and record producer.
He rose to prominence in 2006 when his song “Crowd Mentality” became popular in Jos, Nigeria. His debut studio album Talk About It was released in 2008.
