Ugandan Chef Mama D Breaks Guinness World Record for Longest Cooking Marathon
Fisher accomplished an impressive cooking feat by maintaining his culinary skills for approximately 120 hours.
Currently, Mama D has been cooking for a staggering 124 hours and continues to add to her remarkable achievement. She intends to persist until the arrival of the new year, which would result in an uninterrupted cooking spree lasting a remarkable nine days.
Earlier in May of this year, Hilda Baci, a Nigerian chef, held the title by cooking for an impressive duration of 93 hours and 11 minutes. However, Alan Fisher dethroned her in November to take over the record.
While Mama D has surpassed Fisher’s record, she will not be officially recognized as the Longest Cooking Marathon record holder until she receives certification from the Guinness World Records organization.
