Clergywoman has come out of Her cabin to give a bizarre advice to women saying that they should submit their money to husband before spending it.

The clergywoman whose real name is Prophetess Patience Obi, a female Nigerian pastor, has advised women to give all of their earnings to their husbands before spending them.

According to her, she believes that he is the head of the household.
