Nigerian singer Rema’s Past As a Yahoo Boy Resurfaces (Video)

A Nigerian man known as ‘Tech bro’ has sparked a debate on social media by claiming that Nigerian singer Rema was once a Yahoo boy who used the money he earned through such means to buy his mother a car in 2017, Aso Naija Reports.

The man claims that the singer later transitioned to a music career.

According to the ‘Tech bro,’ Rema, at 17, had acquired land and several other possessions but faced a choice between continuing with fraudulent activities or switching to music.

He further asserted that Rema ultimately chose music, which has been beneficial for him ever since.
