Burna Boy, Tems, Rema Perform At NBA Halftime Show (Photos)

Grammy-award-winning singers, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy and Tems alongside Rema performed at the 2023 NBA All-Star game halftime show, aso Naija reports.

The 2023 NBA All-Star game held in Salt Lake City, USA on Sunday.

The Afrobeat-themed show opened with Burna Boy, who played hit songs “It’s Plenty” and “Anybody”. Coming after Burna was Rema, who hyped the crowd with his song “Calm down” and “Holiday”.

Tems closed things as she performed some of her songs “Crazy Tings” Free Mind” and her verses from Wizkid’s Essense and Future’s “Wait For U”

The show also had Burna Boy come out to perform a rendition of his Megahit “Last Last”.

 

Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu MFR (born 2 July 1991), known professionally as Burna Boy, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer.


He rose to stardom in 2012 after releasing “Like to Party”, the lead single from his debut studio album L.I.F.E (2013).

In 2017, Burna Boy signed with Bad Habit/Atlantic Records in the United States and Warner Music Group internationally. His third studio album Outside (2018) marked his major-label debut.

 

Temilade Openiyi (born 11 June 1995), known professionally as Tems, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter.

She rose to prominence after her hit song.
