Ogun State Police confirms singer, Portable’s driver crushed a motorcyclist to death (video)

There was panic at Iyana Ilogbo in Ogun State, on Tuesday afternoon, after up-coming singer, Portable’s driver, hit a motorcyclist with his Range Rover, aso Naija reports.

It was gathered that Portable’s driver was on his way to the naming ceremony of his boss’ second child when the tragic incident occurred.

• Aso Naija had  reported that the victim was rushed to the hospital but died.

The spokesperson of the state police command, Abimbola Oyeyemi, who confirmed the incident, said it was an accident.

He said;

“The accident occurred at Ilogbo area in Ogun state where one of Portable’s aides hit a motorcyclist and the man did not survive as he died on his way to the hospital.

“We are not sure if the driver in question was drunk or not.”
