Popular Nigerian musician, David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has reacted to being nominated among the next 100 influential people on the globe, aso Naija gathered.
The 2021 TIME100 Next issue features six worldwide covers, each accentuating a member of the list: performer Dua Lipa, actor Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, athlete Marcus Rashford, Prime Minister of Finland Sanna Marin, fashion designer Telfar Clemens, and author Brit Bennett.
David has accomplished a new incredible feat as he was also mentioned on the list.

Shortly after the list was officially released, Davido took to his Instagram page to concede the commendation while noting that he is proud to be included in the list.
Reacting to the news, Davido wrote,
